All transfer bookings made less than 24 hours before the service start time require prior confirmation. Please call +351 289 823 100 (24 hours).

For the correct processing of the reservation, all fields in the form must be fully completed.

The Customer voucher issued with the Booking Confirmation must be presented to the driver at the start of the service.

Payment may be made by bank transfer to the Travel Line account with the following details:

or in cash directly to the driver upon arrival at the destination.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Travel Line reserves the right to refuse any passenger who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or whose behavior is considered inappropriate by the driver.

The transfer price includes the transportation of each passenger’s luggage. However, in cases of excess luggage or luggage with special dimensions (sports equipment, golf bags, wheelchairs, baby strollers, bicycles, etc.), although no additional cost applies, these items must be mentioned in the reservation form under the “Observations” field.

As Travel Line is a company based in Faro, Portugal, all its operations are governed by Portuguese law.
